Del Norte LAFCo NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Del Norte Local Agency Formation Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 23, 2018, at 4:00 PM in the Del Norte County Supervisors Chambers 981 H Street, Crescent City, California, to consider the following:
Proposed Fiscal Year 2018 -19 Budget
The Commission will consider adopting a proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 in accordance with California Government Code Section 56381. The proposed budget will be presented to the Commission for approval and authorization to circulate to local funding agencies for their review in anticipation of adopting a final budget in June 2018. All interested persons have a right to attend the public hearings and be heard regarding the listed action. Pursuant to state law, only issues raised at the public hearings described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Commission at or prior to the public hearing may be raised in any legal challenge to Commission actions.
